Coaching Client Data

When you enroll in CodeMunicate’s coaching services, we collect and store personal information necessary to provide the Service, including but not limited to your name, email address, and payment information. This data is collected at the time of enrollment and retained for the duration of your coaching engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the coaching service and is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Contact Form

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Google Workspace (Gmail). Google adheres to strict privacy and security standards. For more information, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

Call Scheduling Form

Newsletter Sign-up

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of sending you updates and news about CodeMunicate. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

If you are a coaching client or have submitted information through our contact or scheduling forms, your personal information can be accessed by our system administrators solely for the purpose of delivering the Service and providing support.

For coaching clients, personal information collected at the time of enrollment is retained for the duration of the coaching engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for administrative and legal record-keeping purposes.
